We’ve given The Reuben a Pittsburgh twist with our chipped ham, Beano’s All-American Sandwich Sauce, and topped with coleslaw!

Ingredients:
-2 slices of rye bread
-Butter
-2 tbsp Beano’s All-American Sandwich Sauce
-Isaly’s chipped ham
-Swiss cheese
-2 tbsp coleslaw

Directions:
  1. On one side of each slice of bread, spread butter

  2. On the other side of each slice, spread the All-American Sandwich Sauce

  3. On one piece of bread layer the chipped ham, Swiss cheese, and coleslaw

  4. Top with the other slice of bread

  5. Place the sandwich in a heated skillet, and cook on both sides until crispy and the cheese has melted

  6. Enjoy!

Spicy BBQ Pulled Pork



Add some heat to your pulled pork with our Spicy BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients:

    -1lb boneless pork chops
    -1 cup chicken broth
    -1/2 tbsp garlic powder
    -1 tsp salt
    -1 tsp pepper
    -Half a jar Isaly’s Spicy BBQ Sauce (or to taste)
    -4 Sesame seed buns

Directions:
  1. Place pork in a crockpot, cover with broth, and add seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6.

  2. Once the pork has softened, drain the broth, shred the pork and cover with Spicy BBQ Sauce.

  3. Place pork on buns and serve with a side of fries!

Chipped Cuban Sandwich



We’re fans of all chipped ham and swiss cheese combinations and this version of a Cuban sandwich is no exception! Made with our chipped ham and Mancini’s bread, we’ve given it a delicious Pittsburgh twist!

Ingredients:
2 slices of Mancini’s bread
-Butter
-Yellow mustard
-Isaly’s Chipped Ham
-Swiss cheese
-Capicola
-Pickle slices

Directions:
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread
2. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread the yellow mustard
3. Add a slice of Swiss cheese, then chipped ham, capicola, and top with another slice of Swiss cheese
4. If using a panini press, place in the panini press and grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. If frying in a frying pan, cook on both sides until each side is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove and enjoy immediately!
 

Chipped Chopped Nachos



Ingredients:
1 Standard Size Bag Of Tortilla Chips
-1 pound block of cheese such as cheddar Monterrey Jack or Colby Jack, shredded
-Isaly’s Chipped Ham BBQ
-Jalapenos
-Black olives
-Red onion
-Use as little or as much as you like of toppings this is a personal choice type of thing!

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or foil.
  3. Spread chips over a cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle toppings over the chips and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is good and melty.
  8. Serve warm with sides such as guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.

Ham and Cheese Sticks



Savory and simple Chipped Ham and Mozzarella cheese sticks are the perfect afternoon snack for a picky eater or a tasty and easy appetizer for any party.

Ingredients:
-12 eggroll wrappers
-1/2 lb Isaly’s Chipped Ham
-12 Mozzarella sticks
-Olive oil
-Garlic Salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray
3. Lay 1 eggroll wrapper down in a diamond shape and place some chipped ham in the middle. Place one mozzarella stick in the middle of the ham. Fold in the sides of the wrapper into the cheese and then roll up the entire wrapper to create an eggroll shape. Place on baking sheet seam side down.
4. Brush each stick lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, turn over, and bake for another 4-5 minutes
6. Remove from oven and enjoy!

Club Sandwich Pinwheels



We know it’s not always easy coming up with quick and easy lunch ideas that taste good too! We’re here to help with these Club Sandwich Pinwheels! They can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator to make it even easier!

Ingredients:
  • Isaly’s Chipped Ham
  • Sliced Turkey
  • Provolone cheese
  • Two strips of bacon, cooked
  • Two slices of tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Mayo
  • Flour tortilla


Directions

  1. Spread the mayo on one side of the tortilla
  2. Place a layer of Provolone cheese across the center
  3. Add a layer of Isaly’s chipped ham over the cheese, then add a layer of turkey
  4. Place the lettuce on top of the turkey, then add the tomatoes and bacon across the top of the lettuce
  5. Wrap the tortilla around the filling as tightly as possible
  6. Slice the wrap into about one-inch sections
  7. Enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat

Isaly’s BBQ Ribs



You don’t have to have a grill for incredible flavor in your ribs. You can use this recipe to make some great “fall off the bone” BBQ ribs! If you have been intimidated by ribs in the past, don’t worry! This recipe is perfect no matter how experienced you are in the kitchen.

Ingredients:
– 3 lbs Pork Baby Back Ribs
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tbsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp cumin
– 2 cups Isaly’s Original BBQ Sauce

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, peppers, and cumin until combined.
3. Coat the ribs on both sides with your spice blend, then brush with olive oil and place onto the baking sheet.
4. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and place into the oven for 30 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven, flip the ribs, baste with the juices, and ¼ of the barbecue sauce blend, then cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
6. Flip the ribs again, baste with more the juices in the pan, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
7. Baste the ribs again with another ¼ of the barbecue sauce (or half of the half you put aside), flip them, and then recover and cook for another 30-minutes.
8. Remove the foil from the ribs, flip them again, and coat with the juices in the pan before cooking in 10-minute increments until the internal temperature has reached 145°F and the meat is falling off the bones and tender.
9. Serve cut apart and with additional sauce for dipping.

Coffee Milkshake



Perk up your milkshake with some coffee for an extra delicious pick-me-up! We used Nicholas Coffee’s Mocha Java in ours, but you can choose your favorite coffee blend!

Ingredients:
    • 1 ½ cups Isaly’s Chocolate ice cream (about 3 scoops) slightly softened
    • ½ to ¾ cup Nicholas Coffee’s Mocha Java (or coffee of your choice)
    • Whipped cream optional for topping
    • Chocolate sauce optional for drizzling
    • Chocolate shavings optional for topping
 

Instructions:
  1. Add ice cream and coffee to blender.
  2. Blend until mixture is well combined and pourable.
  3. Pour into a glass (drizzled with fudge sauce if desired), top with optional whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and enjoy!
 

Fruity Pebbles Milkshake


Fruity Pebbles Milkshake

  • 1 1/2 cups Isaly’s Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Fruity Pebbles, plus more for garnish
  • Fruity Pebbles Krispy Treat for topping
  • Marshmallow fluff for the rim of the glass

Instructions:
  1. Dip the rim of the glass in marshmallow fluff, then dip in Fruity Pebbles.
  2. In a blender, blend together ice cream, milk, and Fruity Pebbles.
  3. Pour milkshake into prepared glass, top with whipped cream and Fruity Pebbles Krispy Treat, and serve.

Italian Pinwheels



Need an easy appetizer to bring to your next gathering? These Italian Pinwheels are flavor-packed, simple, and sure to be a hit.

Ingredients:
For Cream Cheese Spread:
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

For pinwheels:
  • 3 large burrito size flour tortillas
  • 15 slices salami (5-6 per tortilla)
  • 15 slices pepperoni (5-6 tortilla)
  • 1/2 lb. Isaly’s Chipped Ham
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (2 slices per tortilla)
  • 3-6 leaves Green leaf lettuce (1-2 leaves per tortilla)

Instructions:
  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortilla. (about 1/4 cup per tortilla or enough to cover the tortilla)
  3. Layer the ingredients on top of the cream cheese a little off-center in an even layer: salami, pepperoni, ham, cheese, and lettuce.
  4. Tightly roll into a spiral. If not serving right away, chill in a spiral. When ready to serve, slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
