Ham & Cheese Breakfast Casserole



This is an easy Breakfast Casserole recipe that is a delicious crowd-pleaser and can be made the night before!

Ingredients:
    • 7 large eggs
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
    • 1 lb Isaly’s chipped ham
    • 1 medium onion (chopped)
    • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Crack eggs and then whisk together the first five ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Grease or spray a 9×9 baking dish with a non-stick spray and place a third of your diced potatoes in the bottom of the dish. Next, layer with a third of each of the following ingredients: ham, onions, and cheese. Repeat the layers twice more.
  4. Pour your egg mixture over the top of your layers.
  5. Cook covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. (If you are making the night before, cook for 20 minutes, then place in refrigerator overnight. Take out the next morning and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until fully warmed through)
